All orders are shipped F.O.B. from Sod House Sundries, Inc. Shipping and handling charges are the responsibility of the customer. All address corrections will be charged back to the customer at $5.00 per packaged shipped.
In-stock orders are typically shipped within one business day of receipt of payment and delivered within 3-5 business days. Products ordered at the same time may, albeit rarely, may be shipped separately and arrive on different days. Orders will be acknowledged when received and you will be informed of the anticipated shipping date. We will ship Priority Mail whenever possible.
Please Note: It is not possible to change, cancel, or modify an address or shipping method once an item has shipped. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded for returned packages, and additional charges will be incurred for reshipping.
Standard charges apply to U.S. shipments only. We deeply apologize to our overseas customers, but we do not ship outside the U.S.

Alaska & Hawaii: Please add $19.00 for 2-Day Air if shipping to an Alaska or Hawaii address. UPS does not offer overnight service to Alaska or Hawaii.
We comply with all shipping agent requirements and regulations, and are not responsible for goods damaged in transit. Should damage occur, customer should either refuse shipment, or immediately file a claim with the shipping agent. Please save all packaging materials if filing a claim, as the carrier may need them.
In the unlikely event your purchase must be returned, call to obtain an authorization number. All returns must be authorized within seven (7) calendar days of delivery date. A $25.00 restocking fee will be charged for each return assuming the product is in its original condition and resaleable.
