FIESTA DIP MIX

FIESTA VEGETABLE/CHIP DIP

Mix 1 package Fiesta Dip Mix to 1-1/2 cups sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Let set 30 minutes before serving.

FIESTA QUESO DIP

Mix 1 package Fiesta Dip Mix to 1-1/2 lbs. melted American cheese. Thin with milk.

FIESTA FETTUCCINI

Mix 1 package Fiesta Dip Mix with 1-1/2 cups mayonnaise. Let set 30 minutes. Add to cooked fettuccini (or your favorite pasta).

FIESTA SHRIMP FETTUCCINI

Sauté desired quantity of shrimp in butter and sprinkle with Fiesta Dip Mix from package. Toss and serve over Fiesta Fettuccini.

FIESTA SALSA

Add 2 tablespoons of Fiesta Dip Mix to one 12-16 oz. can of diced tomatoes. Briefly mix in blender if you wish. Refrigerate and let stand 1 hour to marinate flavors.

JALAPENO & CILANTRO DIP MIX

VEGETABLE CHIP/DIP

Mix 1 package Jalapeno and Cilantro Dip Mix to 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise. Let set 30 minutes before serving.

SALAD DRESSING

Mix 1 package Jalapeno and Cilantro Dip Mix to 1 cup buttermilk and 1 cup mayonnaise.

JALAPENO QUESO DIP

Mix 1 package Jalapeno and Cilantro Dip Mix to 1-1/2 lbs. melted American cheese. Thin with milk.

JALAPENO VEGETABLE DIP MIX

VEGETABLE/CHIP DIP

Mix 1 package Jalapeno Vegetable Dip Mix to 1-1/2 cups sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Let set 30 minutes before serving.

SPICY TUNA

Mix 1 package Jalapeno Vegetable Dip Mix to 1-1/2 cups sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Add to tuna and let set for 1 to 2 hours. This is great for sandwiches or stuffed celery sticks.

GREEN CHILE DIP MIX

VEGETABLE/CHIP MIX

Mix 1 package Green Chile Dip Mix to 1-1/2 cups sour cream and 1/2 cup mayonnaise. Let set 30 minutes before serving.

ENCHILADA SAUCE

Mix 1 package Green Chile Dip Mix with 16 oz. of water and 2 tablespoons cornstarch, stir well and bring to a boil. Great on enchiladas or burritos.

GUACAMOLE DIP MIX

VEGETABLE/CHIP DIP

Mix 1 package Guacamole Dip Mix with 2 mashed avocados, 1 cup sour cream and 1 tablespoon of lime juice. Let set 30 minutes before serving. Serve with your favorite Mexican dishes. It adds a little bite and a lot of flavor.

CHEESE BALL

Add contents to 1/4 cup of sour cream and mix well. Let set in refrigerator for 30 minutes. Mix with 8 ounces of cream cheese and form into a ball. Serve with crackers. Optional: roll in bacon bits.

HEARTY SALSA MIX

JUST ADD TOMATOES!

Mix 1 package Hearty Salsa Mix with a 14.5 oz. can of diced tomatoes or 16 oz. fresh minced tomatoes. Smother fish with salsa and bake until flaky. Or add 1 cup of mixed product to your favorite meatloaf recipe, and top with another cup of mixed product. Bake until meat is done.

SUBSTITUTIONS:

Lite Sour Cream or plain yogurt may be substituted for sour cream or mayonnaise in any Desert Garden dip.
